Improve Service Quality, Warm International Students’ Heart

In April 2017, the international student from Pakistan required a surgery because of the injury. The leaders of IES paid high attention to the student who are from another country and gave highly concern and arranged staffs to give the best favor to him.

The coordinator of international students assist to the doctors to service for the student. She helped the student overcome language communication barriers and psychological anxiety. She companied with him among the checking, doing surgery and being discharged from hospital. The leaders of IES so cared about him and went to the hospital to visit him.

The warmest caring made the international student so moved.He felt the warmth and comfort like at home and enjoied life in China and school a lot. All these inspired study motivation and learning initiative to him.
