After personal application and evaluation penal’s review, it has been decided that 23 international students (see the following lists) will be recommended as the candidates for 2016 Hebei Government Scholarship for Excellent International Students. In terms of fairness, justice and publicity, this decision has hereby been published for 7 days from October 13 to 19, 2016.
